Back at it and Being Healthy.
So a few days have passed and Hubby has not had another smoke... yey!! So today I am starting a 45 day challenge. Major exercise, diet, and also inner body health; I talked to my doctor before I started this. I have changed our diet slowly and we are adapting back to our older healthier eating habits, well at least I am. (Still missing my Coke though.) Last nights dinner: boiled chicken breast with salsa, small salad. Yummy. Hubby is being a bit more stubborn over the food, since he has had to give up his cigarettes.
